Happy New Year!

Happy New Year everyone!  I hope your holidays were joyous, and full of friends, family, and food.  In our family, my cousin became the first grandchild to get married.  It was a black-tie-optional New Year's evening, and I love his new bride.  Even though it was their big day, she was sweet enough to remember that January 1st is my dad's birthday, and at the reception gave HIM a card!

On the pathtag home front it is business as usual.  Owls have taken over a corner of ArtisticWhims, and don't feel like you have to wait for MidWest GeoBash to have one for yourself!

Glitter

Glitter is officially on offer at Pathtags.com!  Its a once a year offer, and if you miss it now you'll have to either do without or wait until next year.  Any tags with glitter can ALWAYS be refilled with the same glitter, at any time of the year, so lock it in now!!   YAY GLITTER!  (I'm a bit of a Magpie with the shiny... but isn't that part of why we all love pathtags?)

Status updates on tags and pages

Thanks to everyone who took advantage of the $5 design discount.  I've updated the "Sold" page with several designs which have been claimed, as well as added new designs to their respective pages, so check them all out!  If there is anything you (any of you!) think should make a nice pre-made design  please feel free to suggest it, and remember I'm always happy to answer questions and negotiate prices.

Second Gift Certificate- Geognarles

Caching duo Geognarles was the lucky recipient of the second gift certificate, which was auctioned off at the MiGO Winter Social. In their newest tag Gnarles goes camping in the trailer! Look for them to order it soon, because its dang adorable and I bel!

Winter Social Was A Hit!

Thanks to everyone who made the Winter Social a big success yesterday. Congratulations to GeoGnarles and Salplus2 who both won the gift certificates for design services!! I look forward to designing for both of you lovely ladies.

MiGO Winter Social

Here in Michigan we're having our yearly MiGO (Michigan Geocaching Organization) winter social. This year it is being held in Flint, on February 19th. Among other things, the winter social includes a silent auction. This is one of the biggest fundraisers of the year for MiGO and they are looking for donations. So what does this have to do with this blog? Well I will be donating gift certificates for pathtag design services! They will be good for EITHER custom work OR pre-made designs with no charge from me except for two finished tags for the portfolio. Bid early, bid often!

So what are you doing for the holidays?

Presumably you're all buying pathtags for the holidays, but what kind? I'm curious to know if you celebrate the season (winter, not the holidays), the holidays from a religious standpoint, the holidays from a secular standpoint, family, or with another personal tag?
