Hooraay! I was commissioned to create a Starsky & Hutch inspired pathtag yesterday. It turned out quite nicely, if I do say so myself. It is going to be a surprise from an artistically lacking husband to his wife, for her birthday. He and his daughter are reviewing the final product today and I'll know if any other changes need to be made. Now if I can sell a handful or two more I can afford to purchase another tag for myself. I already have too many to choose from anyway!
Speaking of which, after a lot of hullabaloo I finally received a blueprint on my first personal tag. I rejected it, but only for fairly minor changes like "fill the music note and fingernails in black" and "please change the collar color to light blue". I originally had the collar the same color as the background, red, and the blueprint made it look like the cat had a floaty head! Can't have that.
It's a nice day out so I'm going to see how the garden is doing. Hopefully the Lowe's clearance rack squash plant didn't die, but for 50 cents it wouldn't be a total loss. I wasn't planning on growing squash but if I get one mature edible from the plant then its more than paid for itself. I'll let yall know if it lives.
